After the WordPress blog has been initially created, a number of options are available to you to make your blog/newsletter look different from other WordPress blogs.

None of these changes are permanent. If you make a decision about settings or about the appearance of your WordPress blog, you can make a different decision and have things work and appear differently tomorrow.

You are not required to make any changes to be able to use or post to your blog/newsletter, but there are lots of change that you can make to change the appearance.

Once you have logged in as an administrator, choose "Appearance" for a list of the changes that you can make to your blog/newsletter. Once you make a choice and click "Save" that change is immediately shown so that you can evaluate the change. Many changes can be previewed with your information prior to making a choice to "Save."

You will likely want to change things from time to time, just to keep things "fresh"
