If you start down the path of creating an online blog/newsletter for your Troop, you need to make the commitment to keep it up to date. The good news is that WordPress makes it easy for you to set up other individuals to be able to update and add to the information on the blog/newsletter under supervision. Add the next outing or event as soon as you know about it and then update the information as plans are finalized. Put in events that won't happen until later in the year so that parents can get them on their busy calendar. |
